In this video, I'm showing you the new Spring Jewel Super Cat Eye Gel Polish Collection from @madamglamofficial which they kindly sent to me to have a look at. There are six sheer magnetic shades called Ruby Madness, Jade Dream, Citrine Obsession, Emerald Gaze, Yellow Diamond and Sapphire Love.

Hello everyone and welcome back to another video. So, I've had a bit of a surprise package

from Madame Glam, so I was really excited to see what this was because I know that I've

just done the video for the March collection, the Pottergold collection. So, when I opened

this I was surprised because we've got some new gels in here. So, these are the new Cat

Eye gels and I think they're called Super Cat Eye gels. So, yeah, we've got some beautiful

colours. They do already have a range of Cat Eye gels but these are, you know, these must

be the new ones. So, I'll just show you this one. It's this gorgeous blue. So, I can't

wait to try these. So, that is called Sapphire Love. So, we'll just have a look at them

This one is called Emerald Gaze and obviously that's a gorgeous green one. It looks silver

actually, it doesn't look green but we'll see what happens when the magnets are on them

because I'm going to swatch them and then you can see exactly what they look like. So

the next one is Yellow Diamond and that's a gold one. Jade Dream, so this must be another

green one. Oh yeah, that's quite clearly green, that one. Ruby Madness, so I'm assuming this

is red but it looks a bit pink there but we'll see what it looks like swatched. And then

the last one is Citrine Obsession and that's like, it's like a coppery colour. So, that

is all of them. So, I'm going to just get the swatch sticks out and swatch them and

the blue one and that it's like a dark like wine colour. That's gorgeous, that one. And

then this one's nice as well. It's like coppery orange one. These would be really good for

winter and like autumn nails and then you've got like, you know, the more springtime ones

and I've already put a base coat on all these nails and then I'm going to put Perfect Black

from Madam Glam on all of the nails and we're just going to have a little bit of a play

with them and see what we can do because I haven't showed you what they look like over

black yet and with a lot of cat eye gels, they do look better over a black. So, we're

just going to have a go at that. So, after I've put the gel polish on, I don't use a

top coat. I just go straight in with the cat eye. So, on the pointer finger, I'm using

the blue one and that's going all over the nail and then I'm just using the magnet to

bring the glitter to the surface and then I'm using a different magnet just to make

a bit of a swoosh shape with it and that's how that looks. So, that's all I'm going to

do on that one. Then on the middle finger, I'm using Ruby Madness. So, this is like the
8:39
pinky red one. I'm putting that on and then I'm bringing the glitter again to the surface

and I'm leaving it wet and I'm going to get my detailer brush and I'm just going to paint

like a little branch or a tree while that's wet and you have to be quite quick while you're

doing this because the glitter will settle back down again and the gel will move back

to where it was. So, I'm just doing that quite quick and then I'm sticking it in the lamp

So, you'll get to see that at the end. So, on the ring finger, I'm just doing stripes

up the nail from the free edge. I'm using the pink, the gold, the green, one of the

greens and the blue one and I'm just putting that all up the nail. I'm not curing it yet

I'm doing all the stripes first, leaving them wet and then I'm just bringing the glitter

to the surface with the magnet before I cure it. And then we're on to the pinky finger now and I'm just going to do two flowers. So, I'm

just using the dotting tool. I'm starting off with doing a dot in the middle and then

I'm doing dots around just for the petals and then under that, I'm doing a different

flower. So, I'm using the dotting tool again, doing the dot in the middle and then the dots

for the petals around the edges and then I'm using the detailer brush just to make those

petals a different shape and a bit bigger than they were with the dotting tool

And then when I've done that, again, I'm just going to bring all the glitter to the surface

before I cure it in the lamp. And then when all that's done, I'm just going to top coat

them all with the No-Wipe Top Coat and then I'm just going to put that into cure for 60

seconds and then when that's all cured, I'll show you what they look like

So, it just gives you a completely different look to how they were just on the swatch sticks

over clear swatch sticks. So, they do stand out better over black, but I love the way
