So today was a hybrid workout. OK, that means I did a combination of both

I did my calisthenics and I did my weights as well. If you're trying to get a body like this, just follow this exercise routine right here

The first exercise we're going to start off is with our standing skull crushers

You want to find a chair or maybe an edge to anything

Put your hands into a diamond shape and you just want to make sure that you're going straight down

OK, these are also called pike pushups, but they are assisted because we're using the chair

Our next exercise will be standing dumbbell curls and we're doing the regular curls for this set

And we're just doing three sets, three to five. OK, now we're not letting go of the dumbbells by any means necessary

We have to finish our reps and we have to finish our sets

We immediately move to our hammer curls. We're just forcing the blood into our veins to create that muscle

Our next exercise, our shoulder presses, standing shoulder presses, three to five

Well, three sets, five reps. OK, immediately after we put our dumbbells down

we're going to go to our standing skull crushers. This time we're doing three sets to failure, so you do as many as you can

slanted calve raises. Right after the standing slanted calve raises, we're going to our hammer curls and we are forcing the blood into our biceps
